’n Tuin het nie net goeie grond, water en sonlig nodig om te groei nie, dit het ook beskerming nodig. Net so het ons geloofslewe gesonde grense nodig wat help beskerm wat God in ons harte, gedagtes en verhoudings besig is om te vorm.
Bou die Heining is ’n maandlange reis waarin ons saam ontdek hoe Bybelse grense lyk en waarom dit so belangrik is. Ons gaan kyk hoe om ons harte te bewaak, ons gedagtes te beskerm, gesonde grense in verhoudings te stel en vas te staan in God se waarheid.
Hierdie reis gaan nie daaroor om hoë mure rondom onsself te bou of mense uit ons lewens te sluit nie. Dit gaan daaroor om met wysheid te leer wat toegang tot ons geloofstuin behoort te hê, waar die heining herstel moet word en waar God ons roep om standvastig te wees.
Kom stap hierdie September saam met my langs die grenslyne van jou geloofstuin terwyl ons die heining bou en herstel , sodat dit wat God in jou lewe wil laat groei, ’n veilige plek het om diep wortel te skiet en sterk te word.
Healthy Biblical Boundaries for Your Faith Garden
A garden needs more than good soil, water and sunlight to grow, it also needs protection. In the same way, our faith lives need healthy boundaries that help protect what God is shaping in our hearts, minds and relationships.
Build the Fence is a month-long journey where we will discover together what biblical boundaries look like and why they matter. We will explore how to guard our hearts, protect our minds, set healthy boundaries in relationships, and stand firm in God’s truth.
This journey is not about building high walls around ourselves or shutting people out of our lives. It is about learning, with wisdom, what should have access to our faith garden, where the fence needs repairing, and where God is calling us to stand firm.
Come walk the boundary lines of your faith garden with me this September as we build and repair the fence, so that what God wants to grow in your life has a safe place to take deep root and grow strong.
